- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Wilson has been a wonderful doctor. He asks "what can I do to help you" and is very personable instead of talking down to you. He gets you involved with your care instead of just demanding you do x, y, z. He takes as much time as you need, which is a pro and a con. It just means you might be waiting a bit to be seen, because everyone gets their time with him. The nurses have been wonderful and professional. I haven't ever had any issues getting an appointment or talking with the nurses on the phone. I'm very pleased to be apart of the West Brookfield Family Practice.May 30, 2017by Cameron Brazeau
